Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the ReplyJet website and application (the "Service") provided by VUK LAKETIĆ PR VL MEDIA, a registered sole proprietorship in Belgrade, Serbia, trading as ReplyJet ("ReplyJet", "we", "us"). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you use the Service on behalf of a company, you confirm you have authority to bind it.

1. The Service

ReplyJet lets you connect an Instagram professional (Business or Creator) account and automatically reply to direct messages and comments using reply templates you create or approve, selected by AI intent detection. The Service also provides an inbox of unanswered messages, statistics and notifications. Features may change over time; we will not materially reduce core functionality of a paid plan during a paid period without notice.

2. Eligibility and account

  • You must be at least 18 years old and use the Service for business purposes.
  • You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account.
  • You must provide accurate information and keep it updated.
  • One person or business may not create multiple trial accounts to avoid payment.

3. Instagram connection and Meta terms

  • You must own or be authorised to manage each Instagram account you connect.
  • By connecting an account you grant ReplyJet permission to read and send messages and comments on your behalf, as described in the Privacy Policy.
  • You agree to comply with Instagram's Terms of Use, Community Guidelines, the Meta Platform Terms and applicable messaging policies (including the 24-hour messaging window and rate limits). We may pause automation that would violate these.
  • Instagram/Meta may change or restrict their APIs at any time; we are not liable for resulting interruptions but will work to restore service.

4. Acceptable use

You may not use the Service to:

  • send spam, unsolicited bulk messages, deceptive, fraudulent, harassing, hateful or illegal content;
  • impersonate others or misrepresent who is sending the reply where the law requires disclosure of automation;
  • collect or process personal data of your customers without a lawful basis or in violation of the law;
  • interfere with, reverse engineer or overload the Service, or circumvent usage limits;
  • resell the Service without an Agency plan or our written consent.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules, with notice where reasonably possible.

5. Your content and templates

You retain ownership of the reply templates and other content you provide. You grant us a licence to store, process and transmit that content solely to operate the Service. You are solely responsible for the accuracy and legality of the replies your bot sends. AI-generated suggestions are suggestions only — review them before activating.

6. Automatic replies — important limitations

  • The AI classifies intent; it may occasionally misclassify a message. To reduce risk, the Service does not reply when confidence is below the threshold and routes complaints to your inbox instead of answering automatically.
  • Delivery of messages depends on Instagram. Messages may be delayed by rate limits (queued) or fail if the recipient does not accept messages.
  • You remain responsible for monitoring your inbox and for any commitments (prices, availability, appointments) contained in your templates.

7. Plans, trial and payment

  • A free trial of 7 days is available without a payment card. At the end of the trial the bot is paused until you choose a plan.
  • Plans (Starter, Pro, Agency) and their limits are described on the pricing page. The Starter plan includes a monthly limit of automatic replies with a grace allowance; when exhausted, automation pauses until the next month or an upgrade.
  • Subscriptions renew monthly or yearly until cancelled. Prices are in EUR and exclude VAT unless stated. We may change prices with at least 30 days' notice, effective at your next renewal.
  • Cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period; the Service stays active until then. Fees already paid are non-refundable except where the law requires otherwise or the Service was unavailable for a prolonged period due to our fault.
  • Serbian customers may be invoiced by our Serbian company for payment by bank transfer.

8. Availability and support

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Planned maintenance will be announced where possible. Support is provided by email at info@vlmedia.rs.

9. Data protection

Our processing of personal data is described in the Privacy Policy. Where you process your customers' data through the Service, you are the controller and we act as your processor; these Terms together with the Privacy Policy form the data-processing agreement between us. You can delete your data at any time — see Data Deletion Instructions.

10. Intellectual property

The Service, its software, design and trademarks are owned by ReplyJet or its licensors. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service during your subscription. Feedback you send us may be used without obligation.

11. Disclaimer of warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the extent permitted by law we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, and do not warrant that AI classification will be accurate or that messages will always be delivered.

12. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ReplyJet is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, lost profits or lost business arising from use of the Service, including from incorrect or undelivered automatic replies. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits liability for intent, gross negligence or where the law does not allow limitation.

13. Indemnity

You will indemnify ReplyJet against claims arising from your content, your templates, your use of the Service in violation of these Terms, or your violation of Instagram/Meta terms or applicable law.

14. Termination

You may terminate at any time by deleting your account in Settings. We may terminate or suspend for breach, non-payment, legal requirement or if Meta revokes our platform access. On termination your data is deleted per the Privacy Policy.

15. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be notified by email or in the app at least 14 days before taking effect. Continued use after that date constitutes acceptance.

16. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Serbia. Disputes will be resolved by the competent court in Belgrade, unless mandatory consumer law provides otherwise. Before going to court, both parties agree to try to resolve the dispute amicably by email.
