Data Deletion Instructions

ReplyJet stores data from your Instagram account only to provide the automatic-reply service you signed up for. You can delete that data at any time using any of the methods below. This page satisfies Meta's Platform requirement to provide user data deletion instructions.

Option 1 — Delete everything from inside ReplyJet (recommended)

  1. Log in at replyjet.io/login.
  2. Open Podešavanja (Settings) in the left menu.
  3. Scroll to Brisanje naloga (Delete account) and click Obriši moj nalog i sve podatke.
  4. Confirm. Your Instagram connection and access token, reply templates, received messages and comments, reply logs and usage counters are deleted immediately. Your login account is removed as well.

Option 2 — Disconnect only the Instagram account

  1. Log in and open Podešavanja → Instagram konekcija.
  2. Click Isključi (Disconnect). The access token is invalidated and the bot stops immediately. Message history is deleted per the retention schedule in our Privacy Policy, or immediately on request (Option 4).

Option 3 — Remove ReplyJet from Instagram / Facebook

  1. On Instagram: Settings → Website permissions → Apps and websites (or Accounts Center → Your information and permissions → Apps and websites).
  2. Find ReplyJet and choose Remove.
  3. Meta then sends us an automated deletion request. We delete the data linked to that Instagram account and return a confirmation code, which you can verify at replyjet.io/data-deletion?code=<your code>.

Option 4 — Email request

Send an email to info@vlmedia.rs with the subject "Data deletion request" from the email address of your ReplyJet account, or include your Instagram username. We will delete your data and confirm within 30 days (usually within 48 hours).

What is deleted

  • Instagram profile data (ID, username, name, picture URL) and the access token
  • All received direct messages and comments and their AI classification results
  • All reply templates and the log of sent replies
  • Usage counters, notification preferences, and your login account (Option 1 and 4)

Backups are purged within 90 days. Aggregated, non-identifying statistics (e.g. total number of replies sent by the Service) may be retained.
